Sean is a seasoned Managing Director with over 25 years of experience in the electricity distribution industry. Throughout his career, he has held various operational and managerial roles across Australia, Ireland, and the UK. In 2016, Sean founded Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions after successfully selling a previous electrical distribution company in 2012.

With a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise, Sean brings valuable insight to the strategic development of the company. He places a strong emphasis on people development and efficient operations to build capabilities and drive long-term growth. His experience and leadership skills have been instrumental in the success of Glenelly and its ongoing growth in the industry.

Sean is committed to ensuring the company's success through his leadership and strategic vision. Michael Cockram | Commercial & Finance

Michael is highly experienced in the commercial & financial world, and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. With 15 years of commercial experience within the construction and electrical sectors, Michael has a deep understanding of the industry and the key skills necessary to drive business success. He joined Glenelly in May 2016, after working for a blue chip company in the industry.

Starting his career as a Quantity Surveyor, Michael quickly developed a strong understanding of contract law and the operational side of a construction business. He has since progressed through various commercial management roles..

Michael is responsible for overseeing all financial and commercial aspects of the business. He ensures that both the operational team and clients are fully aware of their obligations and duties under the contract, while maintaining a strong sense of operational practicalities. Communication is key to Michael's approach, and he works closely with all stakeholders to drive business success.

Colin is highly-versed in the role of Operational Director with over 30 years of experience in the electrical distribution market. He is responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to our clients and improving operations to maintain Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions' leading position in the market. Colin has a passion for his role and has held a number of prominent positions for similar companies in the UK.

One of Colin's key priorities is the skills agenda. He is a keen advocate for training and investment in new and existing talent to address the skills shortage in the industry. He works closely with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and is dedicated to ensuring that Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions remains at the forefront of the industry.

Colin Towers | Operational Director (Power Division)

Peter Kevin | Operational Director (Civils Division)

As the head of Glenelly's Civils Division, Peter brings an abundance of industry knowledge and experience to the role. With over 30 years in the civils and highway sector, he has a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of delivering electrical distribution contracts, PFI, highway maintenance, and street lighting for government, DNO, and local authorities.

Since joining Glenelly in January 2017, Peter has been instrumental in driving the growth and development of the Civils Division. He is a hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering a great service to clients, and is dedicated to ensuring the team is well-equipped to meet the demands of the industry.

Peter leads by example and is highly respected among his peers for his ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality work. His vast industry knowledge, passion for the work and leadership skills, make him an asset to the Glenelly team and a driving force behind the success of the Civils Division.
